Cultivating the future by learning from the past
Our History
The Mammarella farm was born thanks to a strong link with its land and the desire to pass on to the future the traditions linked to the rural-gastronomic culture of the Paestum area, Cilento National Park. We make our pickles following, step by step, the entire production process, from the earth to the preservation of the products, using our hands as the only processing tool.
10 hectares of land intended for a selected harvest, strictly in the open field.
We support a company policy based on a short supply chain and zero impact production, in perfect harmony with the environment.
We are used to taking all the best from our land which for years has been a source of pride and sustenance for our people.
It all began with artichokes, a symbol and ritual of our peasant culture, today the flagship of our production.
We are engaged with satisfaction in the cultivation and processing of sauces, gravies and side dishes typical of the Campania.
From dried tomatoes to aubergines, from vegetable mixes to pates, real delicacies for the palate.
